We can supply most parts of the world, and some areas are free shipping, such as North America and most of Europe. However, some areas require additional shipping charges, which will be specifically shown on the order page when you submit your order. Shipping Instructions
Due to the ban on shipments of vapor products, major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL are no longer delivering vapor products to consumers and businesses. We have teamed up with a private shipping service that covers a vast majority of the population. All orders will now have a processing time between 1 to 3 days. After processing, orders may take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered depending on location, weather, and holiday shipping delays.
Tracking Number
Your tracking number can usually be found in several places:
- Order Confirmation Email: When you place an order, Vapesaler sends a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
- Shipping Notification Email: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking number.
- Shipping Label or Receipt: Check the shipping label or receipt you receive with your package. The tracking number is usually printed there.
- Contact Shipping Carrier: Reach out to the customer service of the shipping carrier with your order details. They can provide you with the tracking number.
